I help you directly on your computer, for as long as you want.

Download the app and start it. It connects to me without a customer account or a connection number. The status icon always shows whether someone is connected, and that is where you end remote support with one click.

How it works

Three steps, then I can help.

Step 1

Download the app.

The page detects your system and selects the matching file. If you need help on another computer, select its system instead.

  • Windows: start the downloaded EXE.
  • macOS: unzip the file and start the app.
  • Linux: mark the file as executable and start it.

Step 2

Start the app.

The app connects on its own. There is nothing to set up, no service is installed and you need no admin rights.

  • A status icon appears in the menu bar or the taskbar notification area.
  • Red means offline, green means ready.

Step 3

I help you.

As soon as I connect, the icon turns blue. You can end remote support from the icon at any time, even in the middle of a session.

  • If I need to see your screen, macOS asks once for permission for screen recording and accessibility.
  • App updates arrive automatically, but never during remote support.

Your control

You decide when I am in.

Remote support only works while the app is running and its icon is visible. Everything I do on your computer is logged.

  • Close the app or choose “Verbindung trennen” (disconnect) in the status icon menu, and the connection ends immediately.
  • Every action is logged: commands, file access, browser and screen.
  • Saved passwords, browser profiles and the keychain stay off limits. If I need to work in a browser, the app opens a separate profile that you sign in to yourself.
  • The connection between your computer and me is end-to-end encrypted. The server only relays it and cannot read along.
